We provide specialized rehabilitative services to our patients in the communities we serve. We often see patients who are recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions.

Outpatient Rehabilitation

If you want to regain strength after a recent hospitalization, get back to your favorite activity following a sports injury, or minimize a lingering lower back or neck pain – we can help you recover as quickly and safely as possible. Our healthcare staff is committed to helping our patients reach their goals through physical, occupational, speech, and aquatic therapies.

Our therapists have experience in a multitude of areas such as:

  • LSVT Big and LSVT Loud programs
  • Manual therapy for the recovery of spine and other orthopedic injuries,
  • Neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, strokes, and brain injuries.
  • Post-surgical amputations and/or prosthetic training,
  • Strains or sprains caused by sports injuries

Each patient is evaluated and treated on a one-on-one basis by highly trained and dedicated therapists who individualize treatment plans to get patients back to optimal condition. Patients treated through our outpatient program have access to well-equipped therapy areas, including a 6,000-square-foot therapy gym with private treatment rooms, a heated aquatic therapy pool with a hydraulic lift, and a therapeutic courtyard to allow practice on different terrains such as ramps, stairs, gravel, dirt, curb, curb cut-outs, and wood decking.

In addition to our outpatient services, we offer support groups for patients and caregivers to expand treatment and to allow those with common challenges to share experiences, explore resources, encourage one another, and to help teach each other how to best navigate their circumstances. We provide the following support groups:
